Steps we’re taking to ensure your safety

Protecting the health and safety of our customers and colleagues is of great importance to us, therefore we’ve implemented a number of precautions in all our Triton Casinos.
These include, but are not limited to the following:

Face coverings must be worn whilst visiting the casino however, they will not be required when eating or drinking.

We have introduced social distancing measures to assist in keeping our customers and colleagues safe. You will notice additional signage in our venues giving direction.

On arrival at our casinos, guests are required to sanitize their hands before entering.
In addition, sanitizing stations will be positioned throughout the venue.

In addition to our normal rigorous cleaning procedures and increased hygiene measures, our team will concentrate on areas of higher footfall and frequently touched points.

You will notice a number of changes to our casinos such as perspex screens on reception, till points, cash desk and our gaming floor to help with social distancing and the sanitisation of gaming chips.

Our venue capacities have been reviewed and will be monitored routinely. We will limit the number of customers allowed in the premises at any one time.

We would advise that you use contactless payment wherever possible and have increased contactless payment to €50, however cash and card transactions will still be accepted.

We ask our guests not to visit our venues if they are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, however mild.

Wherever possible, we will serve you at your table, but if you do need to queue at a bar, for example, clear signage will be displayed to help you maintain social distancing.

Our colleagues will be equipped with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) if required and have also received specific COVID-19 related training.
